yes of coarse, you don't always have 2 run and things just 2 drop a couple pounds, my best advice is...
1) be serious about doin it
2) change your diet, eat 3 times a day lite but if you want 2 eat more than that make sure its kind of on the healthy side and don't eat and then sit around and lay, get up and do something to work iit off if your not a runner, and also walkin can help too.
3) drink water but NOT A LOT b/c sometimes that can b bad for you too because fluids can build uphappy GOOD LUCK!!!happy I hoped I was helpful...

Eating healthy is always good and can help you lose weight. Trying walking insted of running.

I would definitely recommend SWIMMING for you! It's helped me in the past. And my friend, who is a bit heavier, is losing a ton of weight swimming.

SWIMMING is excellent for weight loss and EVERYONE (about 99% of people) can do swimming. It is especially good for people with back problems, because it doesn't place unnecessary impact on any of your joints.

Another thing that I would recommend is eating healthy and drinking enough water. Lean meat, like fish and chicken is excellent for losing weight and enough fruits and veggies. Also make sure that you eat 6-8 SMALL meals a day instead of 3 big ones. That'll make a huge difference in your body.

Lastly remember to give it some time, don't expect to lose all the weight that you have put on over many years to drop off in a week. About 2 kg's a week is healthy to lose and try and rather determine your body fat % then your actual weight, because you'll probably end up replacing fat with muscle and not seeing a movement on the scale.
