Um.. stop eating and dance or work out a lot. That's what I do. I only eat when I have to, and I dance for like 2 hours a night, and walk on my treadmill for an hour.

If you are not into heavy aerobic exercise, here are a few ideas. While you are watching a tv show in the evening, get up and march around during the commercials. There are 20 minutes of commercials during a 1-hour tv show. Don't eat late at night, and increae your water intake. These are easy suggestions and can help with the few extra pounds.
Yeah... just tell yourself that you need to walk it off. And you actually walk! Go walk!
