you want tone? Finally someone who actually understands the proper method of getting into shape. Tone is relatively easy to get. Simply get yourself some light weight and do any type of exercise you can think of, curls, crunches, extensions, etc. Work the muscle till exhaustion, but pick a weight that you can do at least 20-30 reps with before tiring. Rest and repeat three sets of each exercise. Golden Rule of Toning: Lighter is Better
lighter is better but not too light. is uggest 5 and 8lbs to bicep and tricep excercises. also cardi is essential. if you li ke running buy anke and wrist weights. that would increase your results drastically. swimming is best.
and I wouldn't worry so much about the love handles. guys loove hour glassy figures. especially the love handle and booty parts
If you want to tone up, Karate is a good way to go..I just re-started Karate again and I am shocked as to how well I have toned up. I lost all the flab in my stomach, legs, and arms and am looking great! If you aren't too busy and you can afford the cost, Karate will do the job! I've tried many other sports like running/jogging, soccer, and volleyball as well as doing hundreds of push-ups but nothing helped. I'd love to Karate chop all of the other sports and leave it singled-out as the best sport.

I weigh about 116
I'm kinda skinny I guess,,
But I have love handles that have stayed with me
Since I was 12. I want them gone!
I feel like I cant wear tank tops without
Sweaters or some kind of cover
Because I have to hide them.
I also want to shape...
up my legs and arms
