Umm... yuu could try fasting, exercise like mad
go for a 3.5km run in the morning when you wake up(dont eat anything before you run) this'll help burn your fat reserves without using any energy from food. Eat small meals every couple of hours so that you dont get really hungry and end up eating a lot more than you should.
yea you can do that so easily by cutting out refined sugar and anything processed.. eat every 2 hours and only have mini meals with protein so it has to be either an apple, a yogurt, grilled chicken, tuna, veggies, salad .. what have you..drink teas and water.. no soda.. and walk or run an hour a day.. and you will lose 7-10 pounds in one week but you have to stick with it for 7days.. good luck.
