Loosing weight... help!!

Okay, I really want to loose weight in my stomach, butt, and arms. Do you know of any exercises/diets that I can go on or do without using diet pills or special teas?! And can I loose weight by January 11???

alright, if your up to it then go for this :
breakfast about 2 boiled eggs along with an apple and eat the white stuff only in the eegg, the yellow stuff is too fatty
for lunch have a BIG bowl of salad with no salt and no oil what so ever and 1 peice of bonless skinless chiken breasts you can get it from some store..they come frozen and packed, remeber 1 PEICE
dinner same thing and later on you can have some fruits
and get alot of sleep and fruits and liquids, ALOT alright?? and try to exercise, like about 90 minutes everyday???
you'll lose about 8 pounds till jan 1st ^^
and NO cheating, no junk food no oils no kolestrole, no milk cheese carbs etc etc
and dont do this for more than 15 days!! after 15 days if you wish to go on, you can have 1 glass of milk everyday

do it the old fashioned way - healthy eating and exercise!
**pills dont work.
set goals for yourself prior to the next day.
look in a magazine or on the internet for measurements for a healthy/fit girl of your age and try to reach that. try to do cardio work to increase stamena and eat healthy

1. Keep up with a lot of fruits veggies. Fill your freezer with at least three types of veggies (in three different colors), and two types of fruits (in two distinct colors) WHY?? The antioxidants and photochemical in one color family are different from those of another.

3. Make 94% fat-free microwave popcorn a staple in your pantry. One cup popped typically provides just 15-20 calories. That means an entire bag (about 6-7 cups; that's 6-7 baseball-sized handfuls) weighs in at just 90-140 calories. Popcorn makes a great mid-afternoon or evening snack and guess what? Three cups counts as a serving of whole grains.
4. Pick up one or two water-filtering pitchers at any home store and keep them filled in your fridge at all times. Studies show that people prefer the taste of filtered water, but filtering it yourself is far less expensive than buying bottled (and you'll also keep those bottles out of landfills). If you need a little something extra, add a wedge of fresh lemon, lime, or other citrus, including pink grapefruit or tangerine.
