eat a bunch of protein and make sure you work out twice a day and a bunch of fn crunches and running.
The only real healthy way without supplements is to run, wear heavy clothes and make you sweat, also remember to drink while running or you'll wind up passing out. You can do pulates, but that's for muscle gain not so much of losing weight...
