You can have:
2 proteins,
2 fruits,
4 veggies,
2 starches,
and
1 fat a day.
Drink at least 10 glasses of water a day.
You can have 2 snacks, 2 diet pops, and sugar-free things, as long as it fits into your diet quota.
Try to work out for at least a half an hour a day.
I promise, if you follow this, you will lose weight! I lost some weight, and I have 73.5 more lbs to go!

okay... I have a wedding to go to like in 2 months and I wanna loose some weight so what are somethings I can do??
