go to wal mart and buy some cardio workout tapes they should be packed with useful exercises you should exercise atleast 3 times a week but don't wear urself out. don't forget to diet and limit your calorie intake. don't go less than 1200 though
situps and crunches like when your doing a regular situp instead of goig up and down when you go up twist and then go back down those.. work out your love handles... do those daily or every other day on both sides and that should tone up your love handles and your tummy

I used to be really really fat but now I'm 5'9 and I weigh 128 which is pretty average for my height. but I can't get rid of my love handles! How do I get rid of them? Summer is coming up and I hate wearing bikinis cause of it. I want to lose 10 pounds. Any diet tips, or exercise would be sooo helpful!
