go on a healthy diet. eat lots of vegetables and fruits and only junk food once a week. eat healthy foods with little calories and after you eat excersize to burn off your calories. that's what I do, and I lost 3 pounds in 1 day. and I haven't gained it back yet! just keep on this diet for a while and you will see results, trust me! that's what I did and it's really working! try drinking water and vitamin water and don't drink soda or you will gain extra water weight. hope all goes well!
a healthy amount of weight to lose in one month is 8 pounds...however most people are able to lose more than that. depends on your body.

ok so I need to lose weight. like as mUCH as possible in a month- I have ONE month. PLEASE help =) thankks. I dont want to starve myself or anything, I just need to eat as little as possible and I know if you dont eat much and lose weight you gain it back as soon as you get of the diet. lol THATS OK! I need to just lose weight for a certain thing, I dont care if I gain it back afterwards. so plllease help. thanks xxx
