I believe the only -natural- way to increase your breast size is to get pregnant.
Birth control sometimes increases them, but it depends on the person.
And the gaining weight on your thighs... do the opposite of what most women do. Eat lotsa chocolate and fatty foods.
I went from a 34a to a 36c by eating lots of fatty foods and being spoiled by my boyfriend when it came to food. The negative side to it is that my stomach is no longer flat and my thighs jiggle. Good luck with your question.
There are natural and healthy ways to answer both of your questions. Try working out the muscle groups that are specific to your chest and thigh areas. There is a popular weight lifting machine called the Pec Deck that works out the muscles that are underneath your breast tissue. Working out these muscles will cause your breasts to raise and become firmer. The results won't be too drastic, but it'll certainly make a difference. As for your thighs, try building more muscle by taking a spinning class. You will gain weight in your thigh area without overeating and becoming flabby.
