I wanna look better look older and HAWTER...
how can I do that give me some tips and ill try them... k please...
im turning 16 and yeah heres a picture!!!

I have this problem too im turning 17 and they tell me I look 13. but eyeliner always works and lipstick just dont try to hard and dont use a slutty color. the hair usually is goos with highlights and clothes well dont wear girlie drawings. but just dress what you like to wear
