I get angry very easily,im really sad all the time, and I just dont know what to do. I visit him a lot though.but its never enough time because my step mom always butts in. I just need some advice about this.

u need to tell him how you feel .
I grew up with out my father as well and when I did visit him he would be hecka messed up to me he even back handed me down a flight of stairs.
just tell him how you feel it will help.

you should speek to your step mum sext time you go to visit and tell her that when you are visiting you want more time with your dad. also tell him how you feel. he may understand and make a better solution
