Well, the obvious answer to this question is that you're lonely.
You may suffer from a form of depression. Which is okay, Depression is a chemical imbalance in the brain, it's nothing to be ashamed of if it applies to you.
My first piece of advice is to stick close to your friends, be near people. If after a while, even with friends, you still feel lonely. I would suggest going to see a therapist, you may have a more serious disease than you're letting on.
Maybe you really are alone? Do you have close family ? A companion?
Anyone you feel close to and can easily relate and communicate with?
I usually cry because I have something I want to tell somene but I choose not to or feel I can't.Talking to people really helps. Holding things in makes it worse.
Or if you already have close people to you, you could be depressed.
You can talk to me if you want. I'm sure anyone on FA would be happy to talk with you. Just msg.
First of all, thats not how you spell loneliness...second of all...you are lonely because you dont have any friends or mabey you just dont get out much...get a girlfriend/boyfriend go out on dates...go to movies...be romantic but atleast you have a family to talk to...just get out, do some excersice and make new friends!!!
Im like you atm, I have been crying quite a lot this week, because im feeling quite lonely, I have just left college and im going to a new college so I have lost all my friends and they are going their own way now in life, and I have just split from my boyfriend, so now I feel as I have no one to talk to or be with, but I go out and go on bike rides and go into town where there are lots of people, try and avoid being on your own in your room, and go and sit and talk with your family, and try listen to music or watching telly if that will help, and it may be a good idea to go to some local clubs and meeting new people =)
I can totally understand... Even when you are around people doing something you used to enjoy do you feel diconnected somehow?
I have a counselor that helps me... I know the idea of being counseled was horrible to me at first. But after a started opening up, I can talk to her about anything and she is the only one that makes me feel less isolated. My family tried to help even my pastor got involved, but my counselor is the only one who makes me feel better.
Just know that it will take a lot of healing to get passed it. I've been working on it since January.
