Well I don't know exactly how your relationship is, but here's a little inspiration to stay together... I am 21 and met my husband a couple of weeks before my 15th birthday. We started dating about 3 days after we met and since then, we have never broken up, even though about 3 months after we started dating, he moved about an hour and a half away and neither of us had a car, so we hardly ever saw each other! He was gone for about 2 1/2 years, then after he graduated high school, he went to college in my town to be with me! When I finally graduated (2 years later), we moved in together for about a year, then decided to get married! We have been happily married now for 1 1/2 years, so basically, it is worth a shot for you two to take it as far as you can! I think it can work! Just be patient and make your conversations count!
