Little white spots inside my vagina?

Im embarresed to go to the doctors about this so can anyone please help? .. I have little white spots inside my vagina, they dont itch and they are not painfull, but im worried about what they are, my boyfriend noticed them about 3weeks ago I dont no how...

long they have been there can you help? is there anything I can take or do?

are they on the walls of your vagina or are they little white chunks/pieces that come out?

if it's the second one, then you almost certainly have a yeast infection. no big, go to the drugstore and get a monistat yeast infection kit.

I know it's gross but don't leave it untreated. if this doesn't sound like what you have, you really should go to a clinic just in case. oh and drink cranberry juice, that introduces a chemical into your urine that helps kill harmful bacteria. make sure it's 100%cranberry juice not juice cocktail (that has too much sugar).
