OOPSSS...,eat a balanced diet.
fantastic... that is good but You need more stuff(Tummy tuck is nice)

BUT WAIT!

not just any situps silly...

the regular ones might hurt your back too much, and if they don't then it will hurt you over time because regular situps on the floor will arch your back. sad

If anything, use them big bouncy ball things... Results are around 3 times better being that you can go further back and your back wont hurt because you're on a ball...

thats if you do sit ups incorrectly. if you do them properly, then you wont arch your back.

sit ups will not help you lose tummy fat. they will only TONE and BUILD your abdominal MUSCLES. whats going to help you lose fat, is CARDIO. any cardiovasuclar exercise: running, jogging, swimming, tennis, so forth.

and in order to start seeing results around your tummy area, your going to have to lose weight, throughout your whole body at the same time. there is no such thing as **pin-point weight loss**.

get that out of your heads guys. you cant just decide where on your body you want to lose weight. you can only achieve that lessening the percentage of your body fat.
