for me, liquid eyeliner is way much better than pencil.. the way to put it is that, it's like the nail polish. it has an applicator, may be made of soft bristles or a soft-pointed stick that will serve as your applicator.. you will use it just like how you use pencil, yet it's much better and lasts long!

this may sound dumb but how do you put on liquid eyeliner? if you put it on the same as normal eyeliner wouldnt it get on your eye??
and also how do you put eyeliner(liquid and normal) on your upper eyelid?
