alritiee, well im 13 and I had my eyebrow pirced like.. last year, and now I want a lip ring for my birth day in August. my mum said I wasnt allowed to get it, but I really want to get it done.. I just need to convince her :| anny ideaas to HELP? ...

at 13 you shouldnt have got your eyebrow done
because its a surface piercing
which means its NOT permanent and it WILL grow out
being young your body is still growing
so it could grow out a lot quicker
the amount of time it takes to grow out depends on your body and how you take care of it
it could last a week-a few months or it could last a few years
but its NOT going to last forever
and when it eventually grows out it will leave a very permanent and noticeable scar
so have a good think about it before you get it done
as well as either a raised bump of skin or an indent, or both
also you shouldnt be getting any other facial piercings now
because a school with a dress code wont allow them
and most jobs consider facial piercings unattractive and unprofessional
I also cant imagine what kind of profesional ' tattooist would even pierce a 13 year old childs eyebrow
even with parental consent
and not tell them about the consequences of it

well honestly all of my friends have belly botton rings and my twin has a nose ring, and my other friends close to my age have two nose rings lip rigs ect.. the highscul im attending almost ALL gurls have eyebrow rings [seriously] .. but my point for getting the lip ring is to be different then the other gurls.. sorry to cumm off as bit*hiee there bud..

you dont get a piercing/wound to be*different*
you get one because you actually WANT one
