that's just a temporary solution... try working out your obliques and doing some yoga... everyone is going to have some form of love handles.

There really aren't many pros if you ask me.

The cons are the cost, the scars, the addictive nature of plastic surgery, the chance of a botched surgery, and the very realistic possibility of dying on the table.

It's a much better idea to start exercising and try to stop eating junk.
