Lip piercing.

so this is a random question but.. can your lip rings grow out?
like they do with surface piercings? (hip,bridge, cheek,etc.)

just wondering.

please answer.

my dads best friend owns a tattoo shop and he did my lip piercing and I asked him that same question and he told me only surface piercing can grow out and a lip piercing is not a surface piercing, it will not grow out but it does close up easily so try not to leave it out for any amount of time, because its in/on/around your mouth it will heal faster because of al the good bacteria in your mouth and that is also why it closes up faster

yes they can,I've known people who left it out for 2 days and the hole closed up,and she payed big money to get it done properly and it still grew out. be careful dont leave it out too long. my friend got so mad she didnt even get it re-peirced.

my cousin is a tattoo artist and does piercings to and YES it can grow out...everybody reacts differently to certain things, it is highly unlikely to grow out but it can happen. if you have any other piercings and react badly to them or the metal used then prepare yourself 4 possibly having a bad reaction 2 the lip piercing as well

NO THEY CAN NOT, its impossible. and if you plan on taking them out at any point wait 1 year and they will have fully healed by then and you can take them out and put them back in like a regualy ear peircing.

dont listen to -heatherlynn- the reason her friends cant wear em anymore is cause she was dumb and took them out.
even that wont cause them to GROW out
