How can i get a lip ring without my mom's permission?

I really want to get my lip pierced. I either want a ring on just one side or snake bites. I'm 14 and I already gauged my ears with 14G barbells and I'm planning on going to a 12 and then 10 etc but my mom doesn't approve of this and she doesn't even...

know I gauged my ears but I know she will make me take them out. How do I convince my mom to let me get my lip pierced if she doesn't even let me gauge my ears? Also if I want to get it done anyway without her consent do I need a parent there with me? and if I do, can it just be an adult and not my parent?

my mum lets me gauge my ears.
but I did my lip behind her back.
my friend did it for me.
and she just let it go.
but I asked for my nose and she dont mind.

as a matter of fact, I waited until I was 18 until I've done any extreme- ish things to my appearance, and you know what?-it worked out better because even though my mom might not agree with it, she is able to respect the fact that I am an adult, I've made the choice, and that I have the right to do something I enjoy and that im not harming myself. I think its helped her to appreciate thats its something I want to do, and feel is a part of my personality, rather than just a kid trying to copy what I think is cool.

listen to your mother she's older and wiser and there's a reason who have to wait till your 18 to make a decsion by yourself because you can reason it all right now so maybe just listen to what your mom has to say because she's saying it for a reason and not for her own good because she likes to hear her voice...just give her a chance.

call your local percier, but any money its age 16 you can do it on your on. anything less.

get your dad's permission or just take anyone over the age of 18 with you ant say their your guardian, mostly they just do not care

First of all, I know the urge for a piercing may be very intense (don't worry, I get them all the time), but it is not worth it to go out and look for someone who can take you when you don't have your parents permission. When I got my bridge pierced, I did have my mom's permission, but not my dad's... When he found out, well, let's just say I never thought he'd react like he did. But, you're best off to wait until the legal age in your area to go and get one yourself. If you really want your mom's permission, try convincing her; show her positive pictures and stories on BMEzine.com, or have her give you incentive, with grades and all that. Manage high grades, get a piercing, it could work!

Don't do it yourself though. I have multiple self-done piercings, one of which got very infected, and ripped a part of my ear where I now have a permanent scar.

Hey stupid teenager, you can't get one til your 18 and sometimes those lip rings, cause gangreen. Do you know what that it, it's when your skin rots off. EWWW, why would you want that to happen. Way to risky. You need to clean up your act, by the way if God wanted you to put holes in your lips he would of put them there. It's not natural and indecent.

The place I went to get my belly button pierced didn't have an age limit.

They don't really care.
But anyways.

You don't need your parents to be there to get your lip done.
When I got my bellybutton done, my cousin signed the paper..
They didn't care..
and no, it wasn't a dirty place.

What if she makes you take them out?

Don't you hate it when all these people tell you to just listen to your mother? SHE IS ASKING WHERE SHE CAN GET IT DONE, NOT IF SHE SHOULD LISTEN TO HER MOTHER. jesus christ. I personally did my own snakebites back when I was 12. And they turned out beautiful, however you need some kind of expierence. And 12 was a young age. If you know anyone who gets piercings at some place, you can ask them if they'd do it for you, you still need some type of permission unless you're close with the dude.
