Lip piercing

whats the lip piercing in the middle called?
I wanna get it done cuss I've had spiderbites and I didnt reallylike them. yess spiderbites. so I wanted to try something new. and I do it myself so any
pointers on how to do it and where, would be great

The piercing in the bottom lip in the center is a labret.
I really would consider getting it professionally done.. there are veins and nerves you can hit.
You also need to pierce it at a 90 degree angle so it doesn't rub against your gums.
