Liking your best friend

I am 13 years old. I have liked my best friend for over a year now. I haven't told anyone even my other best friend. Now my two best friends are going out with each other. Should I tell him that I like him or should I tell my other good friend that I like him? What should I do? He keeps asking me for advice on how to kiss her, what he should do next, or is he moving too fast. I need some help. My life is falling apart.

ok yall are only 13 it most likely isnt going to last long and if he wants to kiss her then thats fine its not move too fast thats normal for yalls age. he his your friend and you're friends with the girl he is corrently going out with so I wouldnt put your fellings out in the open till they break up, just to aviod any more drama and when they break up ask your friend first if it is ok with her because you need to take her feelings into account. just watch out situations like this can turn bad very quickly even if you only take one bad step. trust me I no.
