k, first off you are not overweight. the average weight for your height is about 120 pounds. If u dont want a tummy then i suggest that u do ab exercises every other day, such as yoga, pilates, or just sit ups. In a couple of weeks you will have a toned beach tummy. And if ur parents really do tell u ur fat, then tell them that their comments hurt u and that ur working towards a healthy and confident lifestyle. Good Luck
I do not believe your parents have called you fat. If you are 5'3 and you weigh 80 pounds, you are underweight. In fact, I believe there is someone on this site who can calculate your BMI and let you know what you need to become healthy again. I imagine you are a stunning young lady who somehow has a distorted view of yourself. Seek some help in how to be healthy and have good eating habits.
I think if u think u are fat at 5'3 and 80 lbs u might have an eating disorder or whats called BDD body dismophic disorder(where u see urself different than u really are)...im 5'2 and 140 and i love myself...i used to be anorexic and bulimic for years and im finally healthy...u should look up symptoms of eating disorders and see how u compare
okay um wow your not fat!!! you are under weight for your hight. You should weigh at least 100. im 15 years old and im 5'4 and weigh like 110-115 and all my friends are like omg you are such a twig so i cant even imagen how skinny you are. also i am so sorry that your parents called you fat because thats just wrong for how much under weigh you are ...

How can i lose my stomach because i'm so fat?
Ok, I am currently 5'3 and weigh 80 lbs. My tummy is so Huge is has rolls. I am not ana. My parents have even called me fat. What do I do to lose weight? My goal is 70lbs.
