Lightweight women's winter jacket

Where can I find a lightweight women's winter jacket. So far everything I see is very bulky and seems heavy. I would like to find something that is warm but also very light, but will protect me from the snow and wind.

I recommend a lite coat that is lined with fleece, they are warm and not as bulky as those other winter coats. The fleece lined ones can be found at wal-mart.
