If you're not hungry then wait for your stomach to settle or wait until you get hungry. That's your body saying Hey, let me fix this mess first. Try raw veggies and fruits, they're pretty easy to handle. Make a smoothie or juice to make it even easier. And only a small amount at first. Light foods
I need some light foods that are easy for me to digest so its not so hard on my stomach, its been hurting and making a lot of noise and I feel movement sometimes. Im thinking its because of all the heavy foods I eat
