I need some light foods that are easy for me to digest so its not so hard on my stomach, its been hurting and making a lot of noise and I feel movement sometimes. Im thinking its because of all the heavy foods I eat

If you're not hungry then wait for your stomach to settle or wait until you get hungry. That's your body saying Hey, let me fix this mess first. Try raw veggies and fruits, they're pretty easy to handle. Make a smoothie or juice to make it even easier. And only a small amount at first. In fact, it may be better to try something preprocessed like bread or crackers b/c you don't have to worry so much about chewing. Avoid fatty oily foods since they're hard to digest. Avoid nuts and beans since they inhibit digestion.

Bean-o pills contains digestive enzymes that should help. Eating enough salt (1 tsp. or 100% USRDA per day), sodium CHLORIDE, also helps you make enough stomach acid (hydroCHLORIC acid). But mostly just go easy on your stomach until you get better.
