if you can't bring yourself to come clean go talk to a priest in confession. they won't tell anyone. they take an oath not to. as for how do you not lie anymore? easy. don't lie anymore. it is always better to tell the truth then to lie.
IF you have to lie to get people to like you then they like the person who is full of lies. not you.
IF you lie to your parents all the time, they won't believe you one day.
IF you tell the truth instead of lying about something it is ALWAYS better.
IF someone did something that hurt you but lied about them not doing it, wouldn't you rather know who really did it?
You need to speak to someone that you can trust to tell all your lies. It isn't good to keep all those things you lied about in your mind.
If those past lies are bothering you and you can't sleep, that's normal. If you go to church, as one person said before, talk to your preast when you confess. That way, you can get these lies off your chest. Honesty is the best policy and if you don't tell the truth to anyone of your closest friends or your parents for that matter, that'll definitely hurt. First tell your parents what you've lied about so they can help you.
It isn't easy to come out with those lies but, if you're sincere, your parents will be real proud that you told the truth. I'm proud you've been improving on not telling as many lies that's good. But, if you just talk tos someone about the problem, then you'll feel a whole lot better. Its never good to hold back any kind of lie! It's very painful. Let's say for an example: If I lied about a serious sin I've comitted, that would haunt me forever and hurt me. Since I'm a Mormon, and all that, I'd be lieing through my teeth about the sin I've comitted. This sin could be comitting a crime, having premarrital sex, ect.
Let me tell you something, if I lied about any of those things, I'd be in so much pain for I'd be too guilty to tell my LDS leader what I've done. Fortunately, I'm able to tell the truth in many things but, there are moments where I've lied in my lifetime but, mostly to my parents. Trust me, you would be allot better off if you admit your lies to someone. Good luck, and I hope you feel relieved wehn telling the truth to whomever you choose to talk too. It'll be hard though since I've been there done that.
Oh, and once you tell your lies, you'll sleep allot better.
