Lg ks360 data transfer

How do I transfer photos and music from my phone to my pc? I've loaded the software but there is nowhere to transfer the pics!!!???

Hi,

Did the phone come with a USB cord? Plug one end of the cable into the phone and the next into your computer. Then open the software, it should give you directions on how to import the photos.

If it doesn't, try to open the phone from the computer by going to start -- and finding the temporary drive it is (mine would be e:// because c:// is my hard drive and d:// is my cd-drive).
