I looked at a list of negative calorie foods, and I didn't see lettuce. Here's the list that I checked:

Good Luck!
my doc says that I can eat all the lettuce that I want, its what I put on it that makes me gain. he says 'eat yourself silly' with fresh vegetables. I do, and love the salad spritzers which are like 1 or 2 calories per spray. it gives it a little flavor anyway.

Are there calories in lettuce?
