pharmaceuticals to be the answer, withought marijuana I would feel ill all day and have no appetite. I have a medical marijuana prescription and honestly feel blessed to have one, So what are your views on marijuana legalization.

It's no different than alcohol...so...I think it should be legalized for people over 18...I wouldn't do it though. I'm not for drugs.

and just because it comes from nature doesnt make it natural or safe
it causes and contributes to numerouse cancers and diseases
and it affects the brain, by shrinking certain parts of it
it affects a lot of other things too
berries come from plants too, and some of them will kill you
and there are numerouse other plants that will kill you if you eat them
or poisen you
bottom line is just because its a plant doesnt make it safe...at all

And in my opinion, cigarettes are worse because of all the chemicals they put into them.. weed is a natural thing and has been around a lot longer than cigarettes..

I think it should be legalized, alcohol and cigoretes are way worse, when you get high on weed it calms you, when you get drunk you do crazy things, and cigorettes are filled with so much crap, your covering your lungs with tar.
the 2 reasons that I think its not legalized is
1the government cant tax it
2its a gateway drug which means you build up a tolerance to it and you start to get into harder drugs(meth, coke, heroin)
but it should be only legal in small amounts and for at least 18+

You are right about everything except the gateway drug idea is highly debateable, sorry to say but I did lsd before marijuana which is what led me to try ganja, so you see from my first hand experiance any drug is a gateway drug, including caffein. There was a study done a couple years ago that proved that 65% of people who were givin ritalin as a child grew up to be heroin addicts, so in that sence doctors are giving children gateway drugs as well.

I think not; why? marijuana impairs a person more than a regular cigarette, and that is just what we need; an impaired person driving on the roads, murdering people, raping people... I wish marijuana didn't exist.

and alcohol doesnt impair people driving, murder and rape, sorry but can you please show me proof that marijuana makes people rape, Bob marley didnt rape others, nor did john lennon, for that matter obama toked at one point did he rape others. Do you take pharmecuticals because if you do your more likely to die from those then ganja, sorry weed is a herb and id rather do natural medicine then chemical shwag made in a lab. Its freedom of chiose in my opinion, Why are pill poppers better then marijuana smokers, why is it o.k to jack your children on ritalin and anti depressents and mess up there body's and brains but its not o.k to smoke a herb, Tobacoo kills millions each year, why is that legal, Booze kills thousands ayear why is that legal?

I think it should be legalized, then people will probably start using it less.

Also it does have some excellent medicinal qualities and as a bonus the government can tax the people buying it and maybe use those taxes to improve infrastructure etc.

Prohibition has proven to be ineffective. It is far less harmful than alcohol or tabacco. It should be legalized.

Definitely yes. I'm not saying that marijuana is harmless or good but our drug laws do far more harm than good.

Philosophically I think anything between consenting adults should be legal including recreational drugs, polygamy, prostitution, suicide, and euthenasia.
