lotion. but you cant stop your hair from growing back. or even slow it down. your body will take its natural course. sorry I know it sucks

can can try waxing.
it workd better and doesn't grow back as quick.

and just mouisterize.

Waxing or nair/veet will last longer than shaving other than that, it is going to grow at whatever rate your body wants it to.
