It may be b\c you are dehydrated, so drink more water.
they are called charlie horses, and eating bananas help, and when you get them rub them.
another thing. dont stretch out.. thatz the opposite of what you should do lol. cauze the brain thinks the muscle is already too long. and its trying to shorten it... so if it happens, try pushin in the muscle as if your shortening it
umm...it could be just growing pains. that's where I usually get them. yeah like the other people said...EAT BANANAS!
this helps me all the time! if you are sleeping lying down, sitting whatever just stand up on the left that is having the craps and it will go away almost immediately! cool huh? it works for me!
haha thats what my friend told me today,

& im like too sleepy & I fall back to sleep.
Is it in your calf? If you find your foot uncontrollably pointing away from your head, you can physically stop it by pulling your foot slowly back up toward your head with your hands, or as the poster above suggested, stand up - because that also forces your toes back in the right direction.
that only makes me have a knot the next morning ^^^

Leg cramps, how to make them stop?
I've been getting em lately.
do any of yu know why or how I get them... ?
& how do I make em stop ?
the day after I get it; theres like a knot.
& hurts like CRAP.
what do I do ?
