how does some boss leave the work place with his workers unsupervised?
I saw some of the have camra to record them working, does that really work ?
is there a site that has more info about leaving the work place to the workers and that they would do...

there job and not steal or something like that ?

You have to better communicate with your employees. Set ground rules, be fair, but firm as well.

I would say, hire fewer good people - thinkers instead of followers. The you can leave them all and you don't even need a camera.

I agree with pinkpearl... hire as few good people as you can find locally... doing that along with leaving cash registers open and the doors unlocked overnight are the most prudent methods.

Ohhh man, lol I worded that so terribly!! I meant to say, hire fewer people and make sure they're higher calibre... lol, sorry.
