How to make this guy at school leave me alone?

There's this guy at my school that everybody hates. This is his second offence against me. The other time,he stole my lunch card out of my back pocket,pretty much touching my as*.sexual harassment!!! I told a teacher,but I don't think she did anything. People are always telling him off for being born and stuff like that.I could really use some tips on how to permanently make him leave me alone.

Wow I think I feel bad for the kid. That was kind of mean telling him that people want him dead. He is probably just awkward and he uses that 'hot sh*t' thing as a mask because he doesn't know how to act socially. I'd just ignore him, do not react. He'll wonder why and then eventually leave you alone. Although, he might not be that bad...

Yes,I know my comment was mean,but there's a LOT of kids at my school that want this kid gone.And yes,he's really bad and he doesn't get in trouble for anything it seems.Last year,he got suspended for like,two days for hitting a teacher,and that's all.He's seriously messed up.He'll steal things and act like it's his.I saw him blatantly lie to a teacher about a dollar she found on the ground!!! (this is supposed to be a school question)
