Laptop problem

Ok so I have a laptop I thought it was getting super slow so decided imma restart the whole computer using the disk, well everything was going well then while it was updating IT FROZE!!!

so now im stuck in this loop I guess?

all it says the upgrade was not successful. your previous version of windows is being restored.

do not restart your computer during this time..

I've left it on for HOURS!!! and still the same thing :/

WHAT SHOULD I DO??

umm...I would probably restart it enways, if its stuck like that. and also maybee you have too much sh.I.t on there and its slowing it down?

If this problem accurred while you were doing your work, I would take your laptop to Best Buy to Geek Squad.
Otherwise, restart it anyway, but, I know that probably won't work. Some laptops have problems more then others but, the other suggestion I would say is to, take your computer back to where you bought it and, see what they can do to fix this problem.
