is it true that like 3 years ago she was a man but had a sex change to become a girl?
I read it few times that she did but im not that sure. does anyone know?

She is a Hermaphrodite... She developed a penis when she(yes, SHE) was an embryo but not the scrotum which still remained the vagina (the hole). I think where she was supposed to have her clitoris is the penis( the clit is the equivalent of the penis' head)
