Really long shoulder length in front

But I dont know how to get her messy texture.
I know how to get volume just the messyness never stays.

If you want your hair to look that way, you can either get hair dressers to follow you around all day, or you can touch it up yourself every 5 minutes. That's the magic of Hollywood...
