My kittens are 11 days old and havent got there eyes open yet is this normal

yup, it's normal. you need to wait for days even for a week for their eyes to open. even new born puppies are like this. they have to rely on their nose to smell their way to their mothers breast so they can feed with milk.

Yes, it's normal. Their eyes will open when they are 2 - 2 1/2 weeks old.

Yes they should be opening soon. My puppies eyes start opening at about 10 days, more or less. Kittens are about the same.
