If you're familiar with what they look like, or the genders are different, then you can easily spot what they are...but, if you're not familiar with newborn kittens or they're all the same gender, it's often difficult to tell.
Both sexes appear to have 2 holes - the anus, and the genitalia...female genitalia will be closer to the anus then the male genitalia, so if there's a significant space between the 2 holes, then you have males.

Kittens
My cat gave birth to 4 cute kittens 1 week ago, how ever I cant tell which ones are males and which ones are females? the all have 6 nipples and the sexing part looks the same to me so maybe they all might be females? I just dont know lol. please help me
