ok, if you kiss a guy who has like genital herpes or warts could you get it like not only on your mouth?
like could you also get it wartsx or hepes on your pussyy [only from a kiss though]

The short answer is yes, but it's very unlikely.

The genital herpes virus takes up residence near the base of the spine, while the oral virus tends to take up residence in a nerve cluster near the ear. When the body begins shedding viruses, it's most likely for those viruses to exit the body through the nearest available opening (the genitals or the mouth).

So it is within the realm of possibility that a virus from the man's region of infection could travel to his mouth and be passed to you through a kiss, but it's also within the realm of possibility that a tiger will get loose from the zoo and maul you in your sleep. Neither one is something you should spend much time worrying about.

if you see a herpe on his lip don't kiss him lol..
and if he's broken out on his lip and he kisses that certian spot, then yes thats also a possibility.. Even without him having a lip breakout, if he has herpes it's still possible.
