Once again.. more info is needed. Are you going out..? how well do you know each other? have you dropped hints? How to approach a boy to kiss him when you just know him as a friend or someone you have been honorably dating are two completely different matters.

I see... very young.. and it sounds like he has not grown yet.

Well, first of all, just go for an innocent peck on the cheek at one point... maybe if he says something sweet, or gives you a present. Some sort of sentimental moment. I think that is about all that I can say?

lol hmm when I had my first kiss with girlfriends m and her would just be sitting alone somewhere or walking home and thn id make her laugh. then ther would be a silence and I'd go in for the kiss. not that hard of a thing. just go for it one day. or you can give a peck on the cheek, try and star into his eyes then go for the lips =P what a few girls did to me haha
