Kissing a bad kisser

If a guy is a bad kisser but he keeps asking for a kiss how do you tell him that he is without being mean

next time you kiss be like that was a little better in a teasing manner. and when he asks u what your talking about.. be likke, well, do you think your good at kissing? and just keep teasing him untill you get somewhere

im not going to lie, I was pretty bad at kissing the first time. however, im pretty sure that I've gotten better, as will he. if he doesn't ten I would go with jess3ss432's answer.
