the table when you are all together eating. You say to them, don't everyboby leave when you are finished, I have something I want to talk to you about. I guarantee you will have their attention. They will clear their minds of everything else and try to figure out what you are going to say. Even if it doesn't go your way they will have a lot more respect for you.
