Keyboard locked out

when I start my computer, the keyboard was locked out, how can I unlocked the keyboard?

Make sure it is plugged in right and then re boot

Are you sure your keyboard isn't broken? That happened to me once and as soon as we plugged in a new keyboard it was fine.
