Karate kid is coming on

There's an HD channel that specializes in...well, near as I can figure, it specializes in goofy-a$$ movies. In 10 minutes, The Karate Kid comes on. I haven't seen it since I was in third grade. Should I watch it or will it be a let-down?

My mom cries at the end of Terminator 2, which just goes to show that moms can't be trusted. I mean, seriously, who cries at Ahnold movies?
