do male inhancements actually work? I DONT NEED THEM im just wondering. lol

I'm sure some work but they can put the male at a high risk of some damages. There are quite a few precautions for sure, they can cause things like erectile dysfunction.

There is an operation but it is only recommended for those who are 3 inches or less when erect. These operations pose several risks including loss of feeling so you could greatly defeat the purpose. Other things sold in adult stores run the risk of causing damage as well as costing one money for items that never do work. The average male is 4-6 inches when erect for a reason...but I digress. No they don't work and can be dangerous.

The 'male enhancement products' that you send away for (and you are NEVER told exactly what they do) make those Modern 'snake-oil' salesmen richer and you poorer. Other than a placebo effect, they don't work

Viagra, Levitra, and Cialis DO work, but they don't enlarge anything. (They also don't make you horny. You have to bring that to the table yourself.)
