When my friend turns 18, can she be anorexic again?

well basically I've got this friend who was ana a few years ago and she was made to see some one about it after landing herself in hospital and so now she is made to stay at her ideal weight or summin like that til shes 18 there making her,a dn so is just wondering if when she turns 18 and becomes ana again can they make her get help or because she will 18 she will have a choice if she wants to get help or not!!!
any avice would be great thank u!!!

She'll be an adult and if she makes the choice to damage her body organs or worse it will be her choice - make sure she knows Choices (good or bad) come with consequences...hopefully she'll be smart.
