Just quitted smoking...

I quit smoking after 11 years of smoking.. but I am worried that still I wont be able to heal completely I am worried about it s damage.. do you think I ll be alright or it s too late?.. I am 29 years old

no its never to late...
smoking cigerrets doesnt keep you alive
it kills you
11 years is a long time, but dont underestimate yourself
your stronger then you think, you can do it...

It is never to late to quit, You have done so much good already by quiting, keep up the good choice and stick with it.
