What is australia like?

Hi, I live in Sydney Australia and well its actually always the average sunny day here, it tends to get hot here, and our winter this year was pretty

Our foods tend to form of salads and the the traditional barbeques and well the perfect time to come here would be Summer, because that's when everything exciting happens and our beaches are usually the tourist attraction at the time.
We tend to celebrate a lot over here, so yeah there's always an excuse for a celebration that the whole country takes place in, I'd its the ultimate party packed nation...As we are very multicultural and take pride in it so we tend to celebrate majority of the cultures here..=]

I actually quite like living here, since I was born here, but for some reason the UK weather appeals to me...

Depending on where you go, I guess there's a different experience either way, but we seem to be a bright, laid back bunch and it is very rarely that we seem cold...
We are passionate AFL and Rugby fans, pubs are a popular place

I don't know there's just so much but I guess Australia is a beautiful, bright and sunshiny place to live in...depends on what appeals to you I guess =]
I guess you'd have to come visit to truly see whats its like =]

Marianna86, you are so going to love Oz happy ... best time to go, it's Spring season at the moment, hope you stay on for a few more months, as Summer is hot, hot, hot and lovelyyy.

GORJUS I live in oz and its the best place in the world I would not live else where! its so laid back with everything and we LOVE our summer Bbq's happy beer and the beach ... out winter is not cold we still can wear shorts and tee and summer it awesome because you get that all over tan!

Amazing, we have nice weather and beaches, beautiful landscapes and scenery and the people are very friendly and welcoming.
