weight loss can begin to be seen any where from 2-3 weeks. you can try the treadmil at incline level 15 at a pace of 2.5 anywhere from 30-60 minutes. fat is burned fastest if you go
at a slow pace. i use to weigh 240 it took me 5 months to lose 70 pounds. ofcourse its also
important to eat right. in other word dont over do it with the carbs and surgars whcih are the same. reduce fats on food when ever possible ,eat 6 times a day small portions. try not to past 7pm if you do get hungry eat something sugar free, fat free or something protien like. weights is good idea too to do as well. so you can firm up and get tone. to get firm and tone you want to do repetions of 15 - 25 each set. cheating once in a while is good. it helps to keep you focused on your goal.

After healthy changes, how long until weight loss?
Hey all,
After a lot of thinking I decided I wanted to lose a stone in weight and do it the right way. I've never been large..or skinny for the matter but recently I've put a few pounds on and want them gone! I would ideally love to be...
really skinny and toned lol but in reality I want to do it in stepping stones. First the weight, then tone up. I now exericse 15-25 mins a day (cardio vascular) and do a series of stretches to help with flexibility. My question is with this work out how long do you think it will take me to lose the weight? If it helps I also changed my eating completely. Ceral in the morning, fruit at lunch (like an apple and an orange) and a healthy, sensible meal for dinner. I only drink water and have cut snacking out almost completely. (If I snack its...on a yogurt, not like chocolate or crisps) Also I've never found losing weight easy, regardless of how healthy I am it seems my body never wants to give the fat up!. Cheers! xXx
